An Automated Platform for Assessment of Congenital and Drug-induced Arrhythmia with hiPSC-derived Cardiomyocytes. Learn how a newly developed, optically based, automated, high-throughput platform monitored action potential kinetics and quantified a cardiomyocytes arrhythmic phenotype. iCell Cardiomyocytes and custom MyCell Cardiomyocytes (LQTS3) were used for assessment of proarrhythmia and demonstrated the feasibility of a drug discovery screening system.
