For modeling cardiac hypertrophy with iCell® Cardiomyocytes, we recommend you use fibronectin as the ECM. Prepare the fibronectin according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Coat plates with the fibronectin at a concentration of 5 µg/ml by adding 100 µl/well for 96-well plates and then incubate the plate at 37°C for 1 hour.
