Our Application Protocol instructs to dilute the cell suspension of iCell® Cardiomyocytes in iCell Cardiomyocytes Plating Medium to 20,000 – 40,000 viable cells/ml. Then, to a 12-well plate with a glass coverslip in each well, add 2 ml/well of the dilution (40,000 – 80,000 viable cells/well).
