To store PLO and laminin coated plates for use with iCell® GABANeurons, we recommend that you complete the double-coating process with laminin and then store plates, which have been wrapped in Parafilm sealant (Bemis NA) to prevent evaporation, at 4°C for up to 1 week. The laminin should not dry out during this time; if it does, discard the plates. Before use, warm the plates to 37°C for 1 hour.
