Medium Supplement: iCell® Hepatocytes 2.0 Medium Supplement can be thawed once, aliquoted, and refrozen at -80°C for future use. Medium Supplement is stable when maintained at -80°C for 1 year and when thawed at 4°C for 1 week. Thaw a fresh aliquot of supplement for each week’s media preparation.

Plating Medium: We recommend preparing Plating Medium on the day of thaw to ensure optimal viability at plating, dispensing into 10 ml aliquots in 15 ml conical tubes, and warming an aliquot for each day’s medium change. The Plating Medium is stable at 4°C for 1 week.

Maintenance Medium: The Maintenance Medium is stable at 4°C for 1 week. Fresh Maintenance Medium should be prepared each week.
