iCell® Hepatocytes 2.0 can be dissociated and then stained for flow cytometry analysis. Our Application Protocol demonstrates labeling of alpha-1-antitrypsin in iCell Hepatocytes 2.0 and can serve as a starting point for labeling other hepatic proteins for flow cytometry analysis. Antibody dilution and incubation conditions may need to be optimized for your specific antibodies and target proteins.
